{"id":10274,"date":"2026-09-14T12:16:51","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T10:16:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/moratex.eu\/?p=10274"},"modified":"2026-09-14T12:17:48","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T10:17:48","slug":"new-material-solutions-in-the-field-of-filter-fabrics-for-companies-in-the-gas-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/moratex.eu\/en\/new-material-solutions-in-the-field-of-filter-fabrics-for-companies-in-the-gas-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"New material solutions in the field of filter fabrics for companies in the gas industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Institute of Security Technologies MORATEX is implementing the partnership project \u201cScience4Business \u2013 Science for Business\u201d in a consortium of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gdynia Maritime University (Leader),<\/li>\n<li>University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn,<\/li>\n<li>Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz,<\/li>\n<li>Institute of Horticulture \u2013 National Research Institute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The project will involve R&amp;D work based on research results with identified commercial potential under Task 1 \u201cDevelopment Incubator.\u201d Below are the assumptions of the next proposal selected by the ITB \u201cMORATEX\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>New material solutions in the field of filter fabrics for companies in the gas industry<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this project is to develop new-generation material solutions for filter sleeves in natural gas filtration processes and to verify their properties.<\/p>\n<p>The project will involve laboratory testing of selected material compositions, covering basic physical, mechanical, and chemical parameters. A key element of the work will be the verification of the filtration properties of the selected variants, including filtration efficiency (%), filtration resistance characteristics for a clean filter, analysis of the fiber diameter distribution in the product (SEM), and filter performance simulation.
