The Institute of Security Technologies MORATEX recently acquired a new chamber: Binder model MKF 720, which enables:
– dynamic changes in climatic conditions,
– rapid temperature changes,
– humidity control.

The purchased equipment will allow for accelerated aging tests to be conducted within a temperature range of -40°C to 180°C and humidity ranging from 10 to 95%, including the following parameters:
– heat aging,
– heat and humidity aging.

The aging process can be performed on flat textile products and finished products such as ballistic helmets and vests.

The above tests allow to approve the shelf life of the products, in order to confirm long-term safety and maintain the declared functionality.
